What do we do?

Door supply are a premium service provider, we install, repair, and service roller shutters and doors for a wide ranging customer base who are all different with different requirements. From the start of projects we carry out an initial site visit to determine what clients require, we can then help with advice and design ideas.

We are a reactive business and we react when clients require repairs to their roller shutters and doors, we respond to call outs and aim to be on site within a 4 hour time frame. If we can’t repair the door on the initial visit we will get the door closed to secure the building and either order components or formulate a quotation to complete the work.

We are firm believers in the value of preventative planned maintenance, we therefore offer maintenance packages which are based on the age and the amount of operating cycles of the roller shutter or door.

One of our surveyors would visit site and carry out an inspection of each roller shutter or door and then formulate a quotation complete with a recommended door service plan.
